For over two years, Kathy Irvine has worked as a case manager with the Coalition’s Fatherhood P.R.I.D.E. program, making a positive impact in the lives of fathers and their families. Her passions for working in social services involve offering families solutions for stability, safety and self-sufficiency. Kathy is enthusiastic about encouraging the father-child bond and employs innovative techniques in her role as a case manager. Her biggest accomplishment is having passed the judicial case manager exam given by the Florida State Board and gaining exposure from working in that position, and she has also achieved her goal of becoming a board certified family services counselor. Kathy enjoys spending time with family and sharing the adventure of seeing new places, meeting diverse people and learning people’s cultures and inspirational experiences. She describes herself as an empathetic listener. When alone, Kathy partakes in DIY projects, nature photography and walks outside.
