For over fifteen years, Marsha Davis has worked at the Coalition in various positions and now is the director of the Healthy Families Jacksonville program. She worked as a family support worker and family assessment worker at Healthy Families before it was an initiative of the Coalition, and then she worked at the Azalea Project and Magnolia Project before her position now. During this time, she has built relationships with community partners to help meet her aspirations of helping people reach their greatest potential. The Healthy Families Jacksonville program gives families the tools to become more self-sufficient while increasing the parent-child bond. The one word she uses to describe herself is joyful . Her favorite hobby is home decorating because it gives her the opportunity to fill her living space with furnishings that bring serenity and peace.
