Parents aren’t the only ones who take care of their child — and ensuring all caregivers have the right information can help prevent unnecessary injuries and death.

Safety topics and tips are covered in the “Who’s Watching Your Child?” brochure. It provides parents with information to give to their babysitters, family members and friends who handle the child and things to watch for when observing another caretaker interact with your child.

For more information on printing the brochure, contact Healthy Families Florida Executive Director Carol McNally by e-mail or phone: 850.488.1752 x129.

Safety topics in the brochure include:

  • Coping with crying
  • Safe sleep
  • Water safety
  • Discipline
  • Diapering/toileting
  • Eating
