Northeast Florida Counts wins Healthy Communities award

Congratulations to Northeast Florida Counts and the Health Planning Council of Northeast Florida for receiving the Healthy Communities Achievement Award, which recognizes innovative approaches to collaboration and resource enhancement that improves community health. The award was the first annual and was given by the Healthy Communities Institute.

Northeast Florida Counts is an interactive web-based information system and community dashboard that provides health, environmental and other sustainability indicators for a seven-county region in Northeast Florida.
