Julie Rainbow, Nurse Family Partnership program developer for Florida, attended the Coalition’s annual meeting January 19 to provide an overview of the program. The Coalition received funding to implement the program in Jacksonville through Florida’s Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program.
