National Premature Infant Health Coalition Annual Summit 2013

The National Premature Infant Health Coalition (NPIHC) will host its annual summit May 4-11 both in-person and virtually.

The free event, held in Washington D.C., will feature educational sessions by webinar or live Facebook chat to maximize the summit’s reach.

This year’s speakers and topics include:

  • “Enhancing Safety and Outcomes With Evidence-Based Practices” presented by Dr. Alan Spitzer, Pediatrix
  • “Quality of Care in the NICU” presented by Dr. Mitchell Goldstein, Loma Linda Children’s Hospital
  • “How Providers Can Empower Parents” presented by  Keira Sorrells, Preemie Parent Alliance and Dr. Sue Hall, Neonatologist
  • “Advocacy at the State Level” presented by Janine Lewis, Illinois Maternal & Child Health Coalition
