The Florida Outreach Childbirth Education Program (FOCEP) announced its certification training schedule for June and July. Classes will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays June 29 and 20, July 6 and 7 and July 13 and 14 (excluding the last Sunday, which is the exam, held 9 a.m. to noon).

The FOCEP training is accepted by DONA International and fulfills the childbirth education prerequisite for the birth doula certification. There is a registration fee of $285.
