New resource briefs on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act are now available for families and professionals on the Maternal & Child Health Library at Georgetown University website.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is the national health reform law signed into effect by President Obama in March of 2010. The resource briefs for families provide information to questions they may have about the law’s changes to health care and how it will affect them in each state. The resource briefs for professionals highlight policy development, provisions and implementation efforts.
