Through Florida’s prenatal and infant screening process and community or self-referrals, Connect identifies needs and links families to the programs that best serve them, whether that’s with the Coalition or one of our many community partners.

Connect assists pregnant women, caregivers and families with young children (up to three years of age) by providing a one-stop entry point for services such as:

• Pregnancy & childbirth education & support
• Breastfeeding
• Newborn care
• Parenting education & support
• Child development & school readiness
• Food & nutrition
• Mental health
• Financial self-sufficiency
• Infant safety & safe sleep training
• Smoking cessation
