The Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition works every day to make sure every baby has a healthy start.
The Healthy Start Coalition is a public-private partnership that is uniquely able to leverage local, state and federal funding to meet the needs of the community. The Coalition model is cost-effective and maximizes services. We consistently identify community needs and develop important initiatives — like the Azalea Project, Safe Sleep campaigns and teen pregnancy prevention initiatives— that do not have a funding source but are vital to saving babies, strengthening families and building communities. With this donation, we can help ensure that every mother has a chance to have a healthy baby!
