The Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses will be hosting a live webinar Nov. 21 from 1-2:15 p.m. to educate nurses on current evidence-based practices and recent trends of breastfeeding, as well as provide strategies to improve breastfeeding outcomes.
The webinar, New Research & Strategies to Promote & Support Breastfeeding, will feature expert speaker, Jill Janke, PhD, WHNP, RN, the professor and chair of the graduate program at the University of Alaska. Janke is a licensed Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, has more than 35 years of nursing experience and served on the national AWHONN Board of Directors.
