In honor of National Volunteer Week April 21-27, the Coalition would like to extend a warm thank you to all of our volunteers who help make sure every baby has a healthy start!

In 2011-2012, our Board and Coalition volunteers donated more than 1,000 hours of time to Healthy Start. The members of the Coalition vow to carry out the organization’s mission to lead a cooperative community effort to reduce infant mortality and improve the health of children, childbearing women and their families in Northeast Florida.

Through the vision, hard-work and dedication of these volunteers, the region has seen an increase in programs and services and improved birth outcomes over the past 20 years.
