The Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition is accepting applications for three positions with the Growing Responsible Fathers program: two case managers and a training and outreach coordinator.

The case managers will be responsible for providing case management services to clients who are eligible for assistance. For a full list of responsibilities, skills and qualifications, please read the Case Manager Position Description.

The training and outreach coordinator will be responsible for training for facilitators, case managers and community partners and conducting outreach to recruit participants. For a full list of responsibilities, skills and qualifications, please read the Training and Outreach Coordinator Position Description.
